Customer Support Executive

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to handle customer queries via call or chat.

The role is all about communication, problem-solving, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Full training is provided, and no sales targets are involved.

Job Details

Salary: ₹21,500 – ₹38,500 per month

Shift: Day & Night Both Available

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

Age Limit: 18 to 35 Years

Job Type: Full-Time / Office-Based

Work Days: 6 Days (1 Day Weekly Off)

Key Responsibilities

Attend customer calls and chat support

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information

Solve queries or forward them to the concerned department

Maintain customer interaction records

Ensure polite and professional communication

Meet daily quality and performance standards

Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass

Good communication skills in Hindi or English

Basic computer knowledge (typing & MS Office)

Should be confident, polite, and customer-friendly

Ready to join immediately preferred
