Handle inbound/outbound calls & emails professionally

Assist patients with appointment booking & inquiries

Maintain quality, AHT & proper documentation

Complete 10 hrs login (9 hrs production)

Stay updated with daily process changes

Working Days: 5 days | 2 rotational offs

Salary

Fresher: ₹2.8 LPA (~₹21K take home)

6–12 months Exp: ₹3.2 LPA (~₹25K take home)
