Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Voice Process to join our team in the Customer Service industry. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,500 – ₹18,500 per month and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and quarterly bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner

  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  • Provide timely and relevant information to resolve customer issues

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when required

  • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution timelines

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is PUC / Any Degree / Any Graduate (Fresher or Experienced). Candidates must possess strong English communication skills; Hindi is mandatory. Additional regional language skills will be an added advantage.

You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates must be open to a 6-day working week during rotational shifts (Day & Late shifts).

Work Mode: Work from Office
Quarterly Performance Bonus applicable
Immediate joiners preferred
