We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Voice Process to join our team in the Customer Service industry. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹16,500 – ₹18,500 per month and a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and quarterly bonuses.
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide timely and relevant information to resolve customer issues
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when required
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution timelines
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
The minimum qualification for this role is PUC / Any Degree / Any Graduate (Fresher or Experienced). Candidates must possess strong English communication skills; Hindi is mandatory. Additional regional language skills will be an added advantage.
You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Candidates must be open to a 6-day working week during rotational shifts (Day & Late shifts).
