Patient centric and Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus • Ability to apply knowledge of CC procedures and carry out tasks accordingly.
On Role: Customer Support Associate - Calls support.
Nature of Job: Resolving the queries of the customer via calls.
Qualification: Graduates or under graduates.
Should have good communication in "Hindi and English".
Should have basic knowledge about Customer Support roles and responsibilities.
Fixed Day shift and Two days Rotational week off.
Working Days-5 with 2 Rotational Off
