Job Overview
We are hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process (Australian Clients). Depending on experience and skillset, candidates will be aligned to either Customer Support (Non-Technical) or Service Desk (Technical – L1) roles. Both roles require excellent communication skills and a strong customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Customer Support – International Voice (Non-Technical)
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound voice calls from international customers
• Resolve queries related to services, accounts, orders, billing, and general support
• Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and accurate information delivery
• Follow SOPs, call flows, and compliance guidelines
• Maintain detailed documentation in CRM systems
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues as per defined process
• Meet quality benchmarks, AHT, CSAT, and productivity metrics
Service Desk – International Voice (Technical / L1 Support)
Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 IT support to international users over voice calls
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
• Log and manage incidents/service requests using ticketing tools
• Perform basic diagnostics, password resets, and access management
• Follow ITIL-based processes for incident and request management
• Escalate issues to L2/L3 teams with complete documentation
• Ensure adherence to SLA, TAT, and quality standards
