Shift: Day Shift (9 AM – 6 PM) | 6 Days Working | Rotational Offs
Languages: English + Hindi
Qualification: Graduates Only
Experience: Freshers & Experienced (BPO Voice/Customer Support – Non-Telecom)

Typing Test – 5 mins | 30 WPM | 85% Accuracy
FK Trainer Round (Voice Assessment)

FK Ops / TP Ops Round (Based on LOB)
