Tour Package Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tour Operator with expertise in Tamil language to join our team. The role involves handling domestic and international tourists, providing travel assistance, and ensuring excellent communication in Tamil and English (or other languages, if applicable). The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of travel planning, cultural insights, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and operate travel itineraries for Tamil-speaking tourists.

• Provide accurate travel information, guidance, and assistance in Tamil and English.

• Handle bookings, ticketing, reservations, and travel documentation.

• Liaise with hotels, transport providers, and local guides.

• Translate and interpret travel-related content/materials when required.

• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and friendly service.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tamil (reading, writing, and speaking) – mandatory.

• Good command of English (knowledge of other Indian/foreign languages is an advantage).

• Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Languages, or a related field preferred.

• Prior experience as a Tour Operator/Travel Consultant is desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving ability.

• Knowledge of Tamil Nadu culture, history, and tourist destinations will be an added advantage.
