Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at PrepLadder. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base through effective communication and relationship building over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential or existing customers to promote PrepLadder’s courses and services
through outbound calls using predefined scripts.
• Understand customer needs, pitch relevant offerings, and effectively close sales.
• Accurately process sales and maintain detailed call records.
• Consistently follow up with leads to maximize conversion.
• Achieve and exceed daily call targets and sales quotas.
Requirements:
• Graduation in Medical field (Mandatory)
• 1–3 years of relevant sales experience
• Experience in medical/edtech sales preferred
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
