Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager responsible for expanding the company’s market presence by building strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in the enterprise IT infrastructure and networking solutions domain.
The role requires strong channel development, enterprise sales capability, and relationship management with technology partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and develop new enterprise customers and channel partners in the IT infrastructure ecosystem.
Build and manage relationships with system integrators, technology partners, and enterprise clients.
Generate new business opportunities and expand Siddharsh’s market presence.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Identify opportunities in network infrastructure, structured cabling, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
Track sales pipeline, forecast business opportunities, and maintain CRM updates.
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
Conduct meetings with enterprise clients to understand technology infrastructure requirements.
Work closely with the pre-sales and technical team to develop suitable solutions.
Deliver presentations and proposals for enterprise customers.
Channel Development
Develop and manage channel partner ecosystem including distributors, resellers, and system integrators.
Enable channel partners with product knowledge and support to drive business growth.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in IT infrastructure and networking technologies.
Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Qualification & Experience
Education
Graduate in any discipline
MBA in Marketing / Business Development preferred
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Preferred experience in:
IT Infrastructure Solutions
Networking Solutions (Active & Passive)
Structured Cabling
Enterprise Technology Sales
Channel Sales / Partner Development
