We are looking for a IT Sales Executive to join our team at Solid Core Metals. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹55,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue and profitability targets for the assigned territory or accounts.
Manage the team of Sales Executives and drive their performance.
Acquire new business through strategic prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
Engage with prospective clients and convert opportunities into successful deals
Manage and strengthen OEM/vendor relationships to identify new business opportunities
Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, solutioning, negotiation, and deal closure.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, CIOs, CXOs, Purchase managers) to ensure long-term engagement and account growth.
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, forecasts, go-to-market plans to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, pre-sales, delivery) to deliver customized client solutions
Track market trends, competitor activities, and client requirements to refine sales approaches
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking using CRM tools Identify and engage in new business opportunities through various channels.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling,MS Excel,Convincing Skills,Computer Knowledge,Lead Generation,Field sales,Meetings handling is an added advantage.
