Job Title: Collection Executive

Location: Noida

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up with customers for overdue loan payments through calls and field visits (if required).

Negotiate repayment plans and ensure timely collections.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

Achieve assigned collection targets while adhering to company policies.

Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in collections, telecalling, or customer service (preferred).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
