Business Development Executive (Female Only)
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels
such as cold calling, networking, and research.
Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
to identify new opportunities.
Client Acquisition: Build relationships with potential clients, present services, and
close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Proposals & Presentations: Create and deliver customized proposals and
presentations to prospective clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to
ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, market feedback, and performance
metrics.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-4 years in business development, sales, or client acquisition
(experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Tools: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
