Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Senior BDA to drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and lead complex sales cycles in the US B2B market. The role demands strategic thinking, client ownership, and strong collaboration with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and funnel management
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
Lead client discussions, virtual meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Coordinate with Production/Technical teams to address client requirements
Develop and execute sales strategies, retention plans, and revenue forecasts
Prepare business proposals, sales pitches, presentations, and estimates
Maintain accurate deal flow, client data, and pipeline tracking in CRM
Pre-qualify opportunities using defined checklists and bid criteria
Analyze sales data to refine business and marketing strategies
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Mentor junior BD team members and guide best sales practices
Key Skills & Competencies
4–11 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Strong exposure to US B2B sales (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Technical field OR MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
