Sales & Marketing Executive

Key responsibilities

• Sales and lead generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research, and convert leads into sales.

• Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.

• Product demonstration and presentation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.

• Negotiation and closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and packages, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to the completion of the sale and post-sale follow-up.

• Reporting and administration: Maintain accurate client records in a CRM system, track sales performance, and provide regular sales reports to management.

• Collaboration: Work with other internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and provide feedback on customer needs.

• Market awareness: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.

• Event participation: Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's products or services.
