Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to acquire new customers, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales performance
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Willingness to travel (if applicable)

Experience in B2B/B2C sales (depending on role)
Strong presentation and relationship-management skills
