Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential buyers through cold calling, networking, and following up on leads.

• Client Consultation: Understand client needs, budget, and preferences to recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.

• Site Visits & Showings: Organize and conduct property viewings, open houses, and site tours for prospects.

• Documentation: Assist in preparing and processing necessary documentation, contracts, and booking forms.

• Relationship Building: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

• Reporting: Submit daily/weekly sales reports and MIS to management.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry or similar B2C sales roles (typically 1-3+ years).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
