Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle emergencies (e.g., cancellations, delays).
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client files.
Compliance: Ensure all arrangements meet company policies and international travel regulations (visas, health).
