Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Franchise ExpansionIdentify and onboard new PCD franchise partners / distributors.Maintain relationships with existing franchise clients.Explain product portfolio, pricing, schemes, and business terms.Achieve territory-wise sales and distribution targets.2. Product Promotion & SalesPromote company products to chemists, retailers, and stockists.Generate prescriptions through doctors where applicable.Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.Execute marketing strategies, schemes, and promotions.3. Territory ManagementPlan and visit assigned areas regularly.Track secondary and primary sales performance.Follow up on orders, dispatch, billing & collections.Monitor competitor activities and market trends.4. Customer Support & Relationship ManagementResolve franchise partner queries and issues.Provide product knowledge and promotional guidance.Support partners in marketing activities.5.
