Beautician

• Beauty Treatments: Perform hair styling (cutting, coloring), facials, makeup application, manicures, pedicures, and hair removal (waxing, threading).

• Client Consultation: Evaluate skin and hair types, provide tailored advice on grooming and products, and suggest styles that enhance clients' features.

• Customer Service: Greet clients, manage appointments, and ensure a relaxing experience.

• Sanitation & Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness of tools, equipment, and work areas to meet safety standards.

• Inventory Management: Monitor supplies, such as creams, lotions, and polish, and order new stock as needed.

• Sales: Promote and sell beauty products and services to customers.

Requirements and Skills

• Certification: Vocational training, cosmetology license, or a beauty therapy certification.

• Experience: Previous experience in a salon, spa, or similar role (often 2+ years).

• Knowledge: Expertise in skincare, makeup techniques, and hair styling.

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to understand client needs and build rapport.

• Creativity: Strong eye for aesthetics and up-to-date knowledge of current trends.
