We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Support Executive to manage all hardware and network-related issues during the night shift. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, including system performance, Wi-Fi stability, and timely resolution of employee technical concerns.
Monitor and troubleshoot Wi-Fi/network issues.
Handle system allocation (laptop/desktop) and ensure all devices are properly configured.
Diagnose and resolve hardware or software malfunctions (e.g., system hanging, connectivity problems, etc.).
Maintain an updated record of system inventory and issue logs.
Coordinate with the day IT team for follow-ups and handovers.
Provide immediate technical support to the night operations team.
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or technical assistance (minimum 1 year preferred).
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work night shifts.
