Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in telesales or financial product sales, preferably in payday loans or personal loans. The role involves engaging potential customers over calls, promoting loan products, and achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote payday loan products
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms clearly
Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion
Achieve assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems regularly
Follow up with interested leads to ensure maximum conversions
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with operations and underwriting teams for smooth loan processing
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, loan sales, or BFSI sector
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Basic knowledge of lending products (payday loans/personal loans preferred)
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
