Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Telesales) to lead our telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing team productivity, and achieving revenue targets through effective telecalling strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training
Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to increase conversions
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and share insights with management
Handle escalations and support team members in closing high-value deals
Ensure quality of calls and maintain customer satisfaction
Coordinate with marketing and other departments for lead generation
Maintain discipline, motivation, and a high-performance culture within the team
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or inside sales (minimum 3–5 years preferred)
Prior experience in a team handling or managerial role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals
Ability to analyze performance data and improve team efficiency
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel
