We are looking for a Senior Counsellor to join our team at at Core 04 GYM. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹12000 - ₹25000 and opportunities for career growth. We do have shift timings 7 am to 3.30 pm and 2.00 pm to 10.30 pm.

Client Interaction & Counseling
Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Understand clients’ fitness goals, lifestyle, and preferences.
Provide counseling on suitable membership plans, packages, and services.
Guide new members through gym facilities and explain usage of equipment.
Membership Sales & Target Achievement
Convert inquiries into memberships through effective communication and persuasion.
Follow up on leads via calls, messages, and emails.
Achieve monthly membership sales targets.
Maintain records of daily inquiries, conversions, and renewals.
Member Retention & Relationship Management
Build rapport and maintain relationships with existing members.
Handle member queries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Encourage renewals and upsell personal training or nutrition programs.
Front Desk & Administrative Support
Manage reception area, ensure a welcoming environment.
Handle registration, documentation, and billing for new and existing members.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and proper display of promotional materials.
Coordinate with the fitness team and management for smooth daily operations.
Marketing & Promotions
Support marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and local outreach.
Assist in organizing fitness events, challenges, and workshops.
Keep updated on offers, discounts, and upcoming activities.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and revenue.
Coordinate with the Gym Manager and Trainers for member progress tracking.
Stay informed on all gym policies, programs, and updates.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
