Conduct site visits and gather technical inputs
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, cost estimates, and presentations
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams after order confirmation
Supervise and monitor site execution to ensure timely and quality delivery
Maintain strong relationships with clients from the initial discussion to project handover
Travel frequently within the region and outside for client meetings and site supervision
