Job Description

Square Yards is looking for energetic and target-driven Real Estate Telecallers to join our growing sales team. The role involves interacting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, and closing deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers and investors
Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers to clients
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients
Maintain customer data and update CRM regularly
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth deal closure
Coordinate with sales and site teams to close deals successfully

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language preferred)
Experience in real estate telesales is an advantage (freshers can apply)
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach
Basic computer knowledge
