Retail Sales Executive

The Sales Executive will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting ethnic and festive wear, providing styling advice, and ensuring a superior in-store experience. The role focuses on promoting the brand’s collection of sarees, kurtis, lehengas, and contemporary ethnic ensembles while maintaining the brand’s premium image.

• Customer Service: Welcome and assist customers with genuine warmth and professionalism.

• Sales & Styling: Understand customer needs and help them choose outfits that suit their preferences, body type, and occasion.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of fabrics, embroidery, cuts, and current ethnic fashion trends.

• Sales Target: Work proactively to meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.

• Visual Merchandising: Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and replenished regularly as per brand standards.

• Client Relationship: Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits through personalized service.

• Feedback & Coordination: Communicate customer preferences and feedback to the Store Manager and design team.

• Teamwork: Support fellow sales staff and maintain harmony within the store environment.
