Loan Sales

HDFC Sales Pvt Ltd is looking for a Loan Officer to join their team. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote services

• Should be able to explain the product and its benefits to the customers

• Resolving customer queries

• Customer follow up and feedback post initial interaction

• Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information

• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers

• Handling walk-in customers

• Manage Loan documentations.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• The candidate should be from a Financial & sales background and has very good written and verbal communication skills

• Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing

• Candidates from banking and Personal Loan background are preferable

• Proficiency in relevant computer applications

• Willingness to address huge volume of calls, approximately 100 calls a day.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
