We’re Hiring: Regional Marketing Manager (North)
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Marketing Manager (North) to lead our marketing and sales operations across the North region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing daily operations, developing effective sales strategies, and strengthening dealer and distributor relationships.
This role requires strong leadership, market expansion capability, and hands-on experience in the LED Lighting industry, with a focus on building high-performing teams and penetrating new markets.
Key Highlights of the Role:
Manage regional marketing and sales operations
Monitor and improve performance of sales executives
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Build and maintain strong dealer/distributor relationships
Mix of office and field work with regular travel
Eligibility & Experience:
MBA or equivalent qualification (CRM knowledge preferred)
5–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development
Industry preference: LED Lighting (Torch, Lantern, Home Lights, Bulbs, Agricultural & Commercial Lighting Solutions)
Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills
Proficiency in Hindi and English
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 (as per company policy)
Benefits: PF, ESI, incentives, and leave as per government norms
