Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Build and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and interior designers.
Identify new business opportunities in the interior, bath, and décor segments.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings.
