Experience:

6 months – 1 year in Travel Sales / Travel Consultancy

Location:

Kaushambi, ghaziabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate Travel Consultant with hands-on experience in selling domestic. The ideal candidate should be customer-centric, target-driven, and comfortable handling end-to-end travel bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound & outbound travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
Design and sell domestic packages
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and DMCs
Provide accurate travel information and personalized itineraries
Achieve monthly sales targets and follow up with leads
Ensure excellent post-booking customer support

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months to 1 year of experience in travel sales / travel consultancy
Knowledge of tour packages, hotel bookings, flights, and visa basics
Strong communication and convincing skills
Ability to handle customers professionally
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
Sales-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
