Core Responsibilities

Search, identify and convince driver candidates through personal contacts, referrals, job portals and other sources.
Ensure candidates meet company requirements (as per PaxCabs driver eligibility criteria).
Conduct initial screening and verify documents.
Manage the complete onboarding process, including orientation, compliance checks, and agreement signing.
Support drivers during joining to ensure smooth integration into PaxCabs operations.
