Manage and guide a team of Area Sales Executives (ASE)
Review team performance on a weekly basis
Support deal closures for solar panel and solar pole projects
Handle pricing discussions and customer negotiations
Develop channel partners such as builders, contractors, and vendors
Prepare and submit weekly sales performance reports
Weekly performance reviews to Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)
Good knowledge of solar rooftop systems (DCR & NON-DCR)
Experience with solar street lights and solar pole products
Strong team-handling and leadership skills
Good negotiation and communication abilities
