Key Responsibilities (Beginner-Friendly):
Find new clients:
Search for people or companies who might want to buy our services. This can be done by talking to people, using social media, online platforms or checking the market.
Keep clients happy:
Build a good relationship with clients by staying in touch, listening to their needs, and solving their problems so they want to work with us again.
Explain our services clearly:
Make presentations or documents that show clients what we offer and why it can help them.
Work as a team:
Talk to other team members (like marketing, operations, or support) to make sure we deliver what the client expects.
Reach sales targets:
Try to achieve the set goals for bringing in money or new clients. This helps the company grow.
Write everything down:
Keep clear notes about client calls, meetings, and deals so nothing is missed.
Know what’s happening in the market:
Learn about what competitors are doing and what new trends are coming, so we can stay ahead.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in presenting ideas and convincing clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
Good organizational skills to maintain records and meet deadlines.
