Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecaller to join our insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining insurance products, and generating sales leads.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
Explain insurance products (Life, Health, General Insurance)
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain customer database and update records regularly
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow up with interested clients
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

🧠 Required Skills:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic understanding of insurance products (preferred)
Persuasive and convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM)
