Role Overview:

As a Business Growth Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with company goals and help accelerate ITIO’s growth in the fintech and technology sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech and IT domain.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, pitches, and demos to potential clients.

  • Track, analyze, and report on business performance metrics.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 0–6 months of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Growth Strategy (preferably in the tech/fintech sector).

  • Strong understanding of digital products, SaaS, or payment gateway solutions.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management platforms.
