Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels (cold calling, social platforms, networking, referrals, etc.)

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends

• Present products/services to prospective clients and ensure successful conversions

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery

• Prepare and deliver Reports, Pitches, Proposals and Business Plans when required

• Represent the organization at meetings, events, and conferences

• Bachelor’s/MBA preferred (Specialization in Finance)

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales (6 months–2+ years)

• Excellent communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in approaching and connecting with potential clients
