• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update records, databases, and correspondence.

• Support HR and recruitment teams with administrative tasks.

• Ensure a professional and welcoming reception area.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–3 years of experience in front office, receptionist, or tele caller roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism under pressures
