JOB TITLE :NAIL ART TRAINER

Job Requirements:

We are seeking for an experienced NAIL ART TRAINER for our beauty academy to educate and train students in professional nail care , nail extensions, and nail art techniques . The trainer will be responsible for both theoretical and practical training while ensuring students meet industry standards

Key Responsibilities

Training & Teaching

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on nail art techniques

• Teach manicure, pedicure, gel polish, acrylic extensions, and nail extensions

• Demonstrate basic to advanced nail art designs

• Guide students on hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices

• Evaluate students’ performance and provide feedback

Curriculum & Planning

• Prepare lesson plans and training schedules

• Maintain training materials and tools

• Stay updated with latest nail trends and techniques

• Assist in developing training modules

Student Handling

• Mentor students during practice sessions

• Help students build confidence and professional skills

• Prepare students for salon/industry work

• Maintain workstation cleanliness

• Recommend products to clients/students

Required Skills

• Knowledge of nail extensions (acrylic & gel)

• Nail art techniques (basic to advanced designs)

• Manicure & pedicure expertise

• Good communication & teaching ability

• Patience and student handling skills

• Knowledge of hygiene & sterilization standards

Qualification

• Certification/Diploma in Nail Art or Cosmetology

• Prior teaching/training experience preferred

• Salon experience is an added advantage
