Job Summary:

New Horizon Group of Schools is looking for a Xerox Operator to manage photocopying, printing, and document-related tasks within the school premises. The candidate will also handle the basic technical maintenance of Xerox machines, scanners, and printers to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate photocopy, scanning, and printing machines for staff, teachers, and administrative needs.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of Xerox and printer machines.

• Ensure timely photocopying and printing of examination papers, circulars, worksheets, and other school materials.

• Maintain proper record of printing and copying jobs completed.

• Monitor paper, toner, and other consumables; request replenishments when required.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of school documents during handling.

• Report major technical issues to the vendor or service team for timely repair.

• Keep the Xerox room clean, organized, and machine-ready at all times.

• Support other administrative activities when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: SSC / HSC or equivalent.

• 1–3 years of experience as a Xerox Operator or in a similar role.

• Basic technical knowledge of photocopiers, printers, and scanners.

• Ability to detect and fix minor machine issues (e.g., paper jams, toner replacement).

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential documents.

• Team player with a positive attitude.
