Job Title: Operations Executive (Hindi Voice Community) – URPopular

URPopular is India’s leading influencer marketing company, working with top brands and creators across the country. We are expanding our new voice-based influencer community and are looking for an Operations Executive to manage and grow this network.

Position Overview

The Operations Executive will be responsible for onboarding, monitoring, and managing voice influencers and agents who talk to users through one-on-one phone conversations. The goal is to increase the number of active voice influencers, ensure consistent activity, and maintain quality and engagement standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Training

• Identify and onboard new Hindi-speaking voice influencers and agents.
• Explain their role, work process, and earning structure clearly.
• Help them set up and begin making professional voice calls.
• Conduct orientation and support sessions as needed.

2. Monitoring & Reporting

• Track influencer activity, daily talking hours, and engagement quality.
• Maintain accurate daily reports and performance sheets.
• Identify inactive members and re-activate or replace them as required.

3. Retention & Motivation

• Keep onboarded influencers engaged and motivated.
• Conduct follow-ups, give feedback, and encourage consistent participation.
• Recognize top performers and highlight their progress.

4. Quality & Growth

• Maintain conversation quality and professionalism across all voice interactions.
• Increase total speaking time and overall engagement within the Hindi community.
• Suggest new ways to improve efficiency and grow the network of voice influencers.

• Number of new voice influencers onboarded
• Average talking time and activity per day
• Retention and engagement levels
• Accuracy of daily reports
• Overall community growth

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent command of Hindi (spoken and written)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic English for reporting and coordination
• Ability to manage and motivate remote teams
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
• Organized and detail-oriented working style

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Community Management, Customer Success, or Telecalling Supervision
• Prior work with influencer marketing, creator networks, or voice-based projects is a plus

Work Details

• Location: Remote / Work from Home
• Language Focus: Hindi (North & Central India)
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Reporting To: Operations Head / Community Manager
