HR Recruiter

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our team at ALPHA BELIEVER to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹1,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events.

2. Conducting outbound calls to potential candidates to generate interest in available positions and build a talent pipeline.

3. Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and skillset.

4. Conducting initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role and company culture fit.

5. Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and progress throughout the recruitment process.

6. Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

7. Providing regular updates to the hiring managers on the status of the recruitment process.

8. Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.

9. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience and successful recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. 12th Pass or Higher or a related field.

2. Fresher and Experienced both.

3. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and offer negotiation.

4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.

• Create and update job descriptions.

• Source and engage candidates via online platforms.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate tests.

• Advertise openings on job portals and social media.

• Shortlist candidates and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

• Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
