We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹50000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.
Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the sportswear segment.
Leverage existing relationships with cricket associations, gymkhanas, sports clubs, and academies to generate leads and close deals.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the sports and fitness ecosystem.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver customized sportswear solutions tailored to client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Represent the brand at sports events, exhibitions, and networking forums to enhance visibility and brand recall.
Maintain and grow the client database effectively.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 6+ years of experience in sports wear (prefer in cricket). Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
