Roles & Responsibilities – Site Supervisor (Co-working Spaces)

As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the timely and quality execution of interior and fit-out work for co-working spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to interior fit-out, civil, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and finishing works.

2. Ensure that work is carried out as per approved drawings, design specifications, and quality standards.

3. Monitor the progress of contractors, vendors, and labour teams to ensure project timelines are met.

4. Check and verify materials delivered to the site and ensure proper utilization.

5. Maintain daily site reports, including work progress, manpower, and material status.

6. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project management teams for smooth execution.

7. Ensure all safety standards are followed on-site.

8. Identify and resolve any on-site issues or deviations in a timely manner.

9. Conduct regular inspections and handover site as per company standards.
