Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
• Handle inbound calls and address customer queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM or Excel.
• Follow up on leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead management and reporting.
Key Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and regional languages as applicable).
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude and persuasive personality.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet targets.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can apply).
• Education: Graduate preferred.
