Designation: Tender Executive (Sales Coordinator)
Reporting to: National Sales Manager
Location: Mumbai-HO
Responsibilities
· Identify relevant tender opportunities by searching various tender portals, websites etc.
· Downloading tenders and thorough analysis of Technical and Commercial eligibility.
· Prepare all the technical and commercial compliance and tender requisition and submit high-quality tender proposals.
· Analyzing & Preparing technical & commercial Bid document in compliance with Tender specifications/ requirements.
· Establish relationships with Internal teams, Principal companies & key customers in reference to sharing technical & commercial details.
· Coordinate with sales, accounts and technical teams for competitive tender responses.
Tracking & resolving open concerns & inquiries related to Tender
· Preparing and creating various product Catalogue Publication at GeM Portal
· Providing and creating Authorization Code to our various Principal companies
· Ensure timely uploading & submission of tenders.
· Timely & Effective usage of various Portals & internal software for Tender submission.
· Dispatch and track of offline submitted tenders.
· Analyze previous bid outcomes for continuous improvement and Tender Opening.
· Implement strategies to enhance the competitiveness of tender submissions.
· Creating Inquiries & submitting quotations for ensuring smooth sales coordination with the sales & service teams.
· Vendor Registration & timely payment follow ups.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree OR above
Working experience:
Have 3 to 4 years of working experience in procurement function in a health care/ Biotechnology/ Life Science Industry preferable
