Job Title: Female Tele caller / Outbound Marketing Executive (Facade Services)

Location: Mumbai (Office-based / Work from Office)

Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers welcome if confident and energetic)

Job Type: Full-Time (6 days working, Day Shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (builders, contractors, architects, building owners, developers) to introduce and promote our facade services.

• Generate leads through cold calling – inquire about upcoming projects, understand their requirements, and create interest in our solutions.

• Achieve daily call targets (50-100 calls/day) and maintain accurate records in CRM software.

• Handle client queries professionally, provide basic information (e.g., material options, approximate pricing, past projects).

• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close initial interest.

• Communicate in a polite, confident, and professional manner – a soft-spoken female voice often helps build better rapport with clients.

• Meet or exceed monthly lead/sales targets to earn attractive incentives.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred (due to effective client interaction and rapport-building in this industry).

• 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream).

• Fluent in Hindi + English (Marathi is a plus for Mumbai clients).

• Excellent communication skills, clear voice, patience, and convincing ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM – training will be provided).

• Prior experience in tele calling, telesales, customer service, or outbound calling preferred, but freshers with good confidence are encouraged to apply.

• Age: 20-35 years (flexible).

• Mumbai local preferred (e.g., Andheri, Malad, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Borivali, etc.) for easy office commute.

• It is a Full Time Customer Support / TeleCaller job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
