Job Title: Tele caller
Location: Nesco, Goregaon East, Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 Years (Tele calling / Guest Service experience)
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound guest queries regarding games, pricing, available timing slots, and bookings
• Handle inbound queries regarding event bookings as pass the same to relevant stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to promote amusement offerings
• Explain current offers, discounts, packages, and timing slots to guests clearly
• Assist guests in selecting suitable timing slots and confirm availability
• Maintain daily call logs and guest records
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Ensure professional and guest-friendly communication
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills in Hindi & English. Additional regional languages preferred
• Convincing and persuasive abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / calling systems)
• Guest-oriented approach
• Ability to work with targets
Eligibility:
• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate
• Prior tele calling or guest service experience is an added advantage
Shift Details (Rotational Shifts):
• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
