Sales Executive

 Requirements: 

• Min 2 experience in retail marketing and promotion

• Candidates around 22 – 32 years. 

• Smart and pleasing personality 

• Sharp customer service and presentation skills.

• Good speaking / communication skills in English and Hindi. Malayalam and any other language are a plus point.

• Experience candidates from perfumes or fragrances retail sales are preferred. 

• Retails experience in personal care products or cosmetics or clothing or other related products is also considered. 

• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree or diploma. 

• Must have PC and system skills. 

• Energetic and efficient 

• Target oriented 

Responsibilities: 

• Engaging in interactions and building good relationships with customers.

• Attracting new customers to store and improving sales.

• Make genuine connections with customers and create a need in them for the product.

• Passionate and confident about the product and have ability to inspire and create confidence in others as well. 

• Deliver excellent customer service. 

• Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management team.

• Following up with customers and providing guidance on product selection.

• Sales calls and networking with customers.
