We are hiring 2 Customer Relations Executives!

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with branches to resolve customer queries and issues

- Provide product support and resolve customer complaints

- Generate reports on customer interactions and feedback

- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries

- Collaborate with teams to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Min 1 year experience in any field

- Decent communication skills in English and Malayalam

- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team and coordinate with branches
