Job Overview

We are looking for detail-oriented and communication-driven professionals for Voice Analyst and Voice Junior Analyst roles. The role involves outbound calling, email communication, and data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of project-related information.

Roles & Responsibilities

Voice Analyst

  • Conduct structured outbound calls and emails to collect or validate project data

  • Review and interpret data from sources like permits, RFPs, business articles, zoning approvals, and meeting records

  • Validate complex project details such as scope, valuation, timelines, and stakeholders

  • Draft professional emails requesting clarifications or missing information

  • Update IRIS and internal systems with verified data

  • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors

  • Follow SOPs, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks

  • Meet performance metrics including accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time

Voice Junior Analyst

  • Make basic verification calls and send structured emails using predefined scripts

  • Validate key data points such as project stage, company details, timelines, and contacts

  • Review simple documents (permits, notices) to extract relevant information

  • Accurately enter data into IRIS and internal systems

  • Escalate unclear or complex cases to Team Leads

  • Adhere to defined protocols, SOPs, and compliance standards

  • Maintain productivity and accuracy targets

Technical Skills

  • Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with CRM / data management tools

  • Strong online research and data validation skills

Soft Skills

  • Clear and confident spoken English (mandatory)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Professional communication and email drafting skills

  • Good reading comprehension in English

  • Strong typing speed with minimal errors

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking

Experience Criteria

  • Voice Analyst: 4 – 6 Years (Voice-based data collection/verification)

  • Voice Junior Analyst: 0 – 4 Years (Freshers & Experienced)

  • Shift: US Eastern Shift (Night Shift – India Time)
